Rain principal part of the time for the last week the levvy is about to brake. 200 soldiers Called out to work on levvie the River continues to Rise we haf to strike tents & move Camp back on higher ground 8. OClock. 80, rods west, the water in Sacramento Citty is the highest that it ever was.
